6 weeks ago, Nitronics were tasked to quote price and delivery, and had to go thought a lengthy approval and tendering process to be become a supplier to a global OEM. The first task was to convert 11 customer bills of material into a usable format, most of which were in a different language and parts had gone obsolete or were unable to be supplied in the current market. Working closely with the OEM’s engineers and with our extensive component knowledge we have revised the BOM’s into a deliverable package.

Out of the 11 Jobs we tendered on we have won the orders for 9 and are hoping to the win the balance in the near future.
From the point of order 3 weeks ago we have pulled together:

• 624,220 Components
• 62 Different Component Manufacturers
• 8,082 PCB’s

All components supplied have full traceability, are packaged correctly and are machine ready for placement.

Very shortly now, we will be starting to manufacture these products which will be supplied tested and working. We will also be stock holding for the customer and distributing globally to supply multiple manufacturing sites.
